Our rentals feature all the amenities that are tailored towards your student lifestyle. We want to make your college rental experience as good as it can be. We believe that by taking great care of our students and our properties , we build a firm foundation for you to pursue your studies in a safe, clean, comfortable , positive environment .

Studies have proven roommates can provide a sense of security and support as well as long lasting friendships.

We ensure you have a room through your complete Sask Poly course, no need to pursue a room after a co-op work program or summer break.

What our Students are Saying

I highly recommend New Generation Student Housing as a reliable source to find a safe and convenient home for students while studying. There are several reasons why:

1. The houses they offer have basic student needs like cookware, house cleaning products and equipment, wifi, washing machine and dryer, individual spacious rooms with readily available study tables, cabinets, mini fridges, beds, fans and some with a/c. This relieves a lot of the physical burden of buying stuff around town just as much as the financial burden.
2. The New Generation Student Housing was designed specifically to cater student needs making it as easy as possible for them to study and adapt to Canada
3. It is operated by responsible management. I heard stories from some of my classmates how they struggled to find a home in Moose Jaw. Some of them lived in Regina for some time carpooling because they just couldn't find a home in Moose Jaw. Others traveled alone and were left a door key at the entrance doormat of where they rented. We (tenants of New Gen Student Housing) were individually picked up by our landlord at any given time. We were given a free ride and assistance to open our bank accounts and set up all required accounts in Canada before school starts. 

These are just some of the vital support and assistance I received because I am staying at New Gen Student Housing and how I wish future students would receive the same because I know first hand how hard it can be to start somewhere in a place and endeavor you know less about.

Darryl has consistently demonstrated a proactive approach to property maintenance, promptly addressing any issues or concerns that have arisen during my tenancy. His commitment to keeping the property in excellent condition has made my living experience here enjoyable and worry-free. He gets involved with all his students unlike other landlords here in MJ.One of the standout qualities of Darryl is his kindness and helping nature. He helps not only to the students who are under his umbrella but also to the ones who are not in his umbrella.Furthermore, Darryl has been fair and understanding when it comes to lease agreements and rental terms. In current circumstances where the rent money is skyrocketing due to demand and supply issues, he chooses to not be selfish and rather be considerate. All your utilities are paid and you get a furnished room, with a very good ambience.

Moving can be tough, but it doesn’t have to be! Throughout my academic career, I was able to have an AMAZING accommodation experience in MOOSE JAW.

Living here provides:

This is the best place to live while going to school in Moose Jaw! It has the best set up; close to the school, large kitchen, cleaning service once a week, free laundry and parking, a common area with comfy couches, TV, Netflix, and a Kodi Box. Not to mention, Darryl is the best landlord you could ask for! He maintains the building, stocks all necessities, and keeps on top of any problems you may encounter while living here. I loved living at the mansion, it made the move to Moose Jaw so much easier!!

I can't say enough good things about New Generation Student Housing! Darryl is the best landlord I have ever had! I have lived in over 4 cities and moved seven times and living in the Mansion was the best experience I have ever had as a student. It was so nice to be able to move in and not have to bring in any large pieces of furniture. I moved every 4-8 months for my co-op programs at the Saskatchewan Polytechnic Moose Jaw Campus so having a room at the Mansion was ideal as I didn't have to bring any kitchen utensils or furniture. Darryl is always available to help you with anything you may need !
